Blue Mound, TX

Notes:

  • There are no facilities – truck stop is 1/2 mile away; please stop there first.
  • Carriers must park in “wholesale pick-up parking”. Personnel will meet the transporter there. If no one is there, please proceed to Wholesale Release Building. Carvana personnel will collect release documents and radio for the vehicle to be retrieved from the parking area and delivered to the carrier.

Chesterfield, VA

Notes: Please turn at first entrance. Once inside, check in with security and park in any open spot to your right.

Concord, NC

Notes: Pull up to the security gate and hand the officer your gate pass and ID. Follow signs from the front of the property to the back (about 1 mile). Pull in line with other stingers and an inventory associate will meet you to pull the vehicle. Once the vehicle is loaded on your stinger, exit the facility.

Haines City, FL

Notes: Please pull up to the gate and speak to security at the guard shack. Carriers will be given forms detailing instructions for pick up at that time.

  • There are no facilities
  • Drive away transporters: will pull into 3P Parking and Waiting area. The Guards will approach the transporter who will then provide proper release form(s), company name, phone number, and driver’s ID.
  • Carriers with trailer/hauler: will drive up to the Guard Shack and provide the Guards with proper release form(s), company name, phone number, and driver’s ID.
  • A Wholesale Associate will follow up and collect the required information to pull and stage the vehicle(s) so the transporter(s) can take ownership of the property being released.

Indianapolis, IL

  • There are no facilities available; there is a truck stop up the road.
  • Transporters are to proceed to the main drive as directed by security. They should wait with their vehicle, and someone will assist them in the order they arrive.

Oklahoma City, OK

  • No, truck stops are located along I-40.
  • All transporters must approach and depart the facility from the North from the intersection of SW 44th St and 152 Service Road. The southern approach requires crossing of a raised railway crossing, and most trailers will bottom out and get stuck on the tracks.
  • Once parked in wholesale parking, the entrance to the wholesale department is straight behind your truck and is accessed through the 2nd walk-in door from the end of the building.

Rocklin, CA

Trenton, OH

  • Transporters will approach from either the East or West of Kennel Rd to arrive at the Trenton IC. The site is on the north side of this street and is located between Pierson and Wayne Madison Rd. Once you arrive, please proceed to the guard shack and inform them that you are a wholesale pickup. From there, you will be directed to spots 1-4 in our hauler loading zone. Once parked, a member of the wholesale team will approach your vehicle to verify the paperwork and deliver your vehicle to you.

University Park, IL

  • There are no facilities
  • Please head to the security shack and present your vehicle release to the security team. They will direct you through the gate to the hauler parking. From there, you can wait in your truck until a Carvana associate approaches you. This associate will gather your vehicle information and pull the vehicle up to your hauler. From there, they will collect your personal and company information and release the vehicle to you.  At that point, you are free to load the vehicle and exit the premises.

Winder, GA

Notes: Park in any available spot and remain in the transport truck. Please text 602-527-8470 upon arrival to notify the team. Be sure to include:

  • Transport Company Name
  • Description of unit (i.e. Red Freightliner)
  • Vehicle Release Form
