Extended Arbitration Terms
Carvana sold wholesale units only* Enjoy an extended arbitration period for 3 days regardless of when the vehicle is delivered (delivery day is day 1). We’re delighted to provide this added reassurance for claim submissions, considerably extending the standard 2-day window.
“AS IS” vehicles do not qualify. Transportation invoice must be paid prior to arbitration window expiring.
Be sure to mention that you used Carvana Transportation to deliver the vehicle when submitting your arbitration!
